Our promise

We want every Levro kit to arrive safely and bring you hours of happy building. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your kit arrives damaged, has a defective part or is not the item you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery at levro3d@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund – you don't need to send anything back.

Lost parcel

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days after the estimated delivery time, contact us and we'll reship it or refund you in full.

Changed your mind?

You can return an unused kit in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please email us first and we'll send you the return instructions. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked (or your damage claim is approved), your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it.
