Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada and Europe.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after your order ships. During the holiday season and in remote areas it can take a little longer – if you’re buying a Christmas gift, we recommend ordering early.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is $4.99. Shipping is free on orders over $75.

Customs and import fees

Orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees depending on your country. These fees are set by your local authorities and are not included in our prices.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived 30 days after the estimated delivery date, contact us and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund.
